Customers can choose from three classes when travelling with WestJet:
Business Class - WestJet's provides all business class customers with private pods which come with lie-flat seats and custom-designed pillows and blankets. There is plenty of storage space and guests receive complimentary beverage prior to taking off. Business class passengers also receive an amenity kit which includes skin care products along with priority check-in, security, boarding and baggage.
Premium - WestJet's premium class provides all guests with utmost value, service and benefits which is a fulfilling experience. The business class is set in a separate cabin which is a 2-3-2 seat configuration.
Economy - WestJet's Economy class cabin has been equipped with comfortable headrests and access to an 11.6' touch screen monitor for in-flight entertainment.

Passengers can access the entertainment section on their own personal devices by downloading the WestJet appWestJet Connect. The airline also provides onboard Wifi services at an additional cost. Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in online 24 hrs to 1 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in online 48 hrs to 1.5 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
