Jeju Air is the first and the largest South Korean low-cost airline which offers service to a network of cities in South Korea. Jeju Air was a joint venture by Aekyung Group and the Jeju Island government after which the airline became the first Korean low-cost airline. Jeju Air was named after the Jeju island and is a member of the AK group which has carried 7.3 million international passengers and 4.7 million domestic passengers. Jeju Air is the founding member of the Value Alliance which has 6 members and is the second largest alliance of only low-cost carriers.
Alliance
Value Alliance is the first pan-regional low-cost carriers alliance which was formed in May 2016. The alliance is the fourth largest airline alliance in terms of passengers, flights, destinations, combined fleet and members. Jeju Air allows customers to book flights with all 8 member carriers through each partner website and they collectively serve over 160 destinations, primarily in the Asia-Pacific region.

Class of Travel
Jeju Air provides only economy class cabins which serve guests with a wide seat where they can enjoy extra legroom.
Baggage allowance
Economy class passengers are allowed 7kg free baggage allowance for hand luggage and 30-35 kgs for checked-in luggage.

Frequent Flyer Programme
Dyanasty Flyer is the mileage program which offers members to earn 5% of the flight ticket as Refresh points every time there is booking by them. Members can use mileage points for a ticket purchase, upgrades, pre-booking seats and Jeju also lets members transfer points to family, friends and loved ones. Passengers can join the Mileage program by simply registering online using their mobile number.
In-flight Services
Guests flying with Jeju Air can pre-book meals using the Air Kitchen site which currently has discounts and offers on all pre-booked meals, special meals can also be booked using the same site. Guests can also buy light meals and beverages on board with the Air Cafe Service which accepts ONLY cash and credit card payment.
Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in 24 hrs to 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in 24 hrs to 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
Onboard Support
Jeju Air provides assistance for passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs, airport assistance during check-in are provided by on-ground staff. Passengers can choose a service that best suits their need. Expectant mothers and parents of unaccompanied children are requested to read the airlines policy prior to boarding.
Refund & Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through
Jeju Air sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
